Lynne Gleeson, PhD is the Principal Director, providing guidance and supervision for all projects, including client meetings and project management. Lynne has over 25 years' experience in the health and community services sector, with the last 10 years being specifically focused on service/program development and change management initiatives. Her PhD was completed in Public Policy and Public Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia (2002). Along with diverse professional job roles, her experience provides a strong foundation that supports the review of publicly funded programs in the not-for-profit sector. Lynne also brings access to an extensive "toolbox" of evaluation techniques that support data collection, analysis and writing for varied audiences.
Springtech also employs a dedicated project support worker, Courtney Casey. Courtney has worked with Lynne since August 2017 and brings a range of diverse skills including project research, project support and online survey skills. Courtney's role includes the preparation of tenders and grant applications, analysis and presentation of data reports and the development of online diagrams and flowcharts to support the client vision. Other team members add to the range of skills in areas such as report writing and design, data entry, workshop delivery and training. Additional skills and expertise are sourced as required (e.g. additional administration, financial or specific facilitation skills).
This model provides skills and capacity for projects when needed, thus ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and projects stay ‘on track’ as required.
