EVALUATION, DATA ANALYSIS & RESEARCH
Evaluation projects may be short term or long term, and may be formative or summative. Some evaluation projects include a capacity building component to support staff development. Evaluation Plans are developed and include outcomes with impact and process measures.
Evaluation and Data Analysis projects generally require a range of evaluation and data gathering techniques to ensure that information collected is reliable and valid. Data collection techniques may include quantitative or qualitative methods. Qualitative techniques may include staff and stakeholder consultations, and quantitative techniques may include survey (either paper based or online as required). Evaluation reports are developed with all results. These may then be used as the basis to develop a range of summary reports to meet client and stakeholder needs.
Research projects can be undertaken in collaboration between Lynne Gleeson, PhD and the client. Ethics applications can be prepared and submitted as agreed.
