Springtech Services was established in 2003 and is based in Springmount, Victoria (between Ballarat and Daylesford). Springtech Services supports a diverse range of clients in the not-for-profit sector who are primarily based in western Victoria. Some clients and/or projects have a statewide or national focus.

Springtech had an early focus on technical support and data management, which then evolved to service review/development, service planning, grant and tender writing, project management, evaluation, data analysis and research.

Springtech's expertise lies in the ability of experienced staff who work in partnership with their clients to support client outcomes. Springtech consultants have both a strong understanding and commitment to working with their clients and promoting the public good within the not-for-profit sector. Springtech projects are generally in local government (early years, youth, positive ageing), community health, women's health, community services, volunteering or health services.
