PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Springtech consultants undertake projects that specifically require designated project management time and skills. These projects generally require Springtech consultants in an external facilitation role, including developing and progressing agreed actions. Project management outcomes may include:

• Establishment and support for Steering Groups or working groups, including developing Terms of Reference, budgets or Memorandum of Understanding between project partners
• Facilitation and support for working groups to achieve required project outcomes
• Implementation of actions to progress specific areas of a project
• Meeting reporting requirements to funding bodies (or Boards/Directors)
• Development of project plans, action plans or implementation plans
• Drafting and/or updating policies/procedures
• Support and capacity building for staff
